How we collect, use and protect the personal data you submit through this website, and how you can exercise your rights.
This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, why it is collected and what rights you hold over it. It applies to the contact form and to the technical operation of the site. iCONNEKT TECHNOLOGIES collects only the data needed to process your requests and shares it with no third party. Points still under review are clearly marked for validation.
The contact form collects the following data: full name, organisation, business e-mail address, type of request (subject) and the content of your message. No other personal data is requested; the fields are limited to what is needed to understand and route your request.
The data you submit is used solely to process your request: identifying the right point of contact, understanding your need, responding to you and following up on the exchange. It is not used for unsolicited marketing and is not added to any advertising database.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. It is accessible only to the iCONNEKT TECHNOLOGIES staff involved in handling your request.
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for 24 months from the last exchange, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to the data you have submitted, its rectification or its deletion at any time by writing to info@iconnekt.net, stating the purpose of your request and, where possible, the e-mail address used in your original submission.
The WhatsApp chat available on this website is a third-party application, operated under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Data exchanged through WhatsApp is governed by those terms. If you prefer not to use it, the contact form and e-mail remain available for every request.
By default, this website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. iCONNEKT TECHNOLOGIES has selected Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as its audience analytics tool; its technical integration is not yet active on this website and will be rolled out together with a compliant consent banner (refusal as easy as acceptance) before any browsing data is collected. iCONNEKT TECHNOLOGIES' activities fall under the legal frameworks of Côte d'Ivoire and Cameroon, where its offices are located. The website targets the West and Central African market and does not specifically target visitors from the European Union (per the targeting criteria set out in European Data Protection Board Guidelines 3/2018); the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) therefore does not apply on that basis. This assessment will be revisited if the website's commercial targeting changes.
